No Return only Exchange Policy

Perfumes and bags clothes (all products)are non - returnable products. 

If you have received any kind of damaged order , you must submit us the unboxing video of the order to entertain any kind of queries , if you do not have the full unboxing or opening video of the received product , then we will not entertain any kind of queries 

If we accept your exchange request , then only one time exchange is possible , more than one time exchange is not allowed and also refund is not possible under any case

RS 200/- will be the charges for the exchange process per order ( includes both side courier charges ) 

Role of customer for Exchange process

1.The customer is solely responsible to send us back the with the packing video of the exchange order  , and when the shipment arrives to our warehouse , if any kind of tampering with order found or if we open the order and we find anything wrong stated by you or it is empty or we found nothing  , exchange will be declined straight away and the same will be sent to you back , and refund also would not be applicable

If we do not have the same product for the exchange , then you have to select another one 
Personalized or customized items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Exchange Process:

Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

After we will recieving the exchange product then we will dispatch new exchange product as selected or opted by you ,  the window time of exchange is minimum 10 to 15 working days after receiving the request.
3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
The Brand Hub is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
4. Inspection and Approval:

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect the products to ensure they meet the exchange eligibility criteria.
If the items pass the inspection, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to the address provided in the original order.
5. Exchange Restrictions:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or an alternative item of equal value.
Exchange requests that do not meet our policy guidelines will not be processed, and the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
